The first thing that I noticed when I first opened the package, and that wasn't only from being shoved in a box that was too small for it, were the damaged feathers. The feathers have had chunks cut from it so they look like crap that along with being shoved into the box had totally messed them up. The silver pieces that run with the feathers that you see in the picture don't even sit right anymore because they are ruined. To make things worse the mask doesn't even fit most people that try it on because it is to big. This is because they use a headband instead of string or something else that would actually let people with different head sizes actually wear it. The mask was also torn in places with strings fraying in others.
Here are some pieces of advice:
1) One size does not fit all
2) customers do not like to pay for damaged products
3) Customers actually like to have a description of the product so they know what they are buying and do not have to assume
4)Big items+ small boxes= not good
